In this video, there are two huge dilated pores of Winer with really hard blackheads, grown for years now. These are not open wounds, rather the skin has pushed inwards creating a big hole. The third lesion most probably is a basal cell carcinoma, but histological examination is needed for confirmation. The most pleasurable moment comes exactly after Dilated rock-hard pore of Winer removal. Enjoy and relax with another blackhead popping video with a surgical extraction.
This same patient who is the subject of video BLACKHEAD REVENGE had this thing on his tummy. After removing the sac, we packed it with iodoform gauze. Read more about Dr. Hazany's Acne and Acne Scar Treatment here: https://www.hazanyderm.com/acn....e-and-acne-scar-trea
The patient finally came back for extractions of super soft and crumbly blackheads on the back. These numerous dilated pore of Winer are older than me and they had the consistency of clay. I DONT use metal extractors on these huge pores because they crush the delicate vascular plexus. Don't fret, you will see the extractor in action on the smaller ones in parts 2 and 3 of this series.First of all, I want to thank you for your comments. I do appreciate the interest. Although I am a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained micrographic and reconstructive surgeon, I will honestly say that “pimple popping” is nowhere in our educational curriculum. Believe it or not, it is a term used by other doctors to disparage our field and cast shame on the insignificance of what we do. I believe that is why viewers may also believe that you possess more knowledge on this subject than a physician who holds the title of a board-certified dermatologist. With regard to the use of comedones extractors on the back of an old gentleman with Dilated Pore of Weiners that have the consistency of wet clay; the force required to express these very large, super soft/wet keratin contents in super deep pores on 1cm thick back skin was so high that it was crushing the blood vessels in the dermal plexus. If there is any chance for me to be able to sew these up at a later date so they don't fill again, I need an intact subdermal plexus. I hope that explains things. Thanks again for watching it.To read more about acne treatment, please visit https://www.hazanyderm.com/acn....e-and-acne-scar-trea

This cyst was giving me so much pain. It initially burst whilst I was sleeping, but managed to film this as I squeezed out the rest of the gunk, half-asleep, at 3am.
Enjoy the boil squeezing extravaganza you sick muppets 😂

Sebaceous cyst is a skin condition characterized by a lump that arises from the sebaceous gland, which secretes oily lubrication for the hair and skin. Although several other conditions such as epidermoid or pilar cysts are confused for sebaceous cysts, they are not the same because they do not originate from the sebaceous glands. Sebaceous cysts have multiple common sites including upper arms, back, torso, face, ears, and scalp. In men, it is typical to have sebaceous cysts on the chest and scrotum. Hairier places on the body are more likely to develop sebaceous cysts.
