This was a common extraction I do, removing keratin that collects in pockets and open pores around scar tissue. This patient had a large flap repair with a skin graft taken from the neck in another country years ago. We are going to clean out the pores, inject the hypertrophic scars, and revise or tighten the dilated pores of winer. At first a substantial amount of dark grey pus is squeezed out and then cupping is used to extract any residual matters left. Please have a look and ****ment/react how satisfying is this case?
Is this a blackhead cyst? The answer is yes, it is the biggest cyst explosion ever seen on a chin. Can you see the semi-liquid content been squeezed out? It has a dark grey color which indicates that it is an old cyst, and most likely of keratin content. Keratin is the protein that makes up hairs and nails. In this case? An excess amount of keratin being trapped under the skin.
