Patient did not look like intro photo. Go under scabs and clear pores. Do same for already infected ones. Open them up and get out all contents. Dont just open them, take one swipe and put a tissue on them. They need to be cleaned out not left infected.

Do the worst ones first, not the tiny ones. Clear debris from pores. Clear an area . Dont move all over the place. Go faster.
