Ok so this face is so inflamed and looks like there is a bacterial infection brewing. As such, the tool used is not what should be used on this face. This is only going to cause severe bruising and pain and further inflammation. However, for pop context it's not bad which is what I rated it on. Technique gets barely a 1 though
