Most cysts like this one are not always infected. Most sebaceous cysts are not infected at all. It results mostly from a clogged pore. Abcesses are infected with staph, strep or MRSA 99% of the time. Cysts have a sac that keeps the contents contained and blocks it from any outside bacteria. I have done thousands of these. Once the sac is out the area is stitched up and left to heal, abcesses get packing or a word catheter to make sure it drains plus antibiotics. This video is EPIC though and I thank you for sharing it! 😁
