The popping is very gentle. I’m sure this is painful but I would put a little more pressure to get the infected blood out and fully drain the area
Unfortunately doesn't look like there's a whole lot the Dr can do to resolve this guy's skin issues. But I sure hope there's some type of treatments & medications to clear his face up. Best wishes!
