This was a common extraction I do, removing keratin that collects in pockets and open pores around scar tissue. This patient had a large flap repair with a skin graft taken from the neck in another country years ago. We are going to clean out the pores, inject the hypertrophic scars, and revise or tighten the dilated pores of winer. ⁣My first post. The action is over at about 1.10, but it’s worth a look up to that point. There was a large volume of green stuff in there that just exploded out. It looks like a pretty infected cyst. I hope this is not a recent repost. I have not seen it here over the past few months.
