I wish peeps would worry less about wiping and just let it flow. Otherwise a great video.
Looks like an insect bite of some kind.
Don't use a toothpick to open a cyst.
I hope he doesn't go swimming in that pool when he finishes draining that. He's gonna need antibiotics
