Massive Cyst Incision & Drainage at Las Vegas Dermatology by Dr. H.L. Greenberg
This Massive βπ» cyst on the mid upper back was causing the patient discomfort π. An Incision & Drainage surgical procedure was performed in the Las Vegas Dermatology Clinic. Copious amounts of linear sebaceous cheese π§ like contents were expressed, multiple times during the procedures he area was scraped with a Schaumburg comedo extractor & the residual hole in the back was explored. The patient consented to use these images for educational purposes. The procedure was performed by Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. H. L. Greenberg.

I donβt know if you didnβt have a gurney available, but if you had the patient laying on his belly, youβd have a lot more strength to empty the cyst. Iβve watched hundreds of these, and that seems to be the preferred method. Sorry Iβm telling a doctor what to do. You did great.
