I kept yelling scrape it the other direction!
A sterile needle won't help you if you don't have sterile gloves to go with it. Also, the actual pimple or abscess is not sterile at all, and that juice will cause another infection, so be mindful of what you're rubbing it on!
Ingrown pubes are murder
