We have a #shorts video of Dr. Jochen removing a big blackhead (DPOW) from a patient's back. Dilated Pore of Winer(DPOW) is a giant open comedo commonly found on the trunk or the face. They are essentially larger than a blackhead but appear to be very close in appearance.
