Giant blackheads imbedded in scar tissue extracted. Common occurrence with surgical procedures.
This was a common extraction I do, removing keratin that collects in pockets and open pores around scar tissue. This patient had a large flap repair with a skin graft taken from the neck in another country years ago. We are going to clean out the pores, inject the hypertrophic scars, and revise or tighten the dilated pores of winer.
