This patient presented with many smooth pearls on the eyelids called milia. These are basically small epidermoid cysts caused by sloughed off skin that becomes trapped in the dermis. Very common around the eyes. Patients are generally bothered more by the appearance than any pain or discomfort. Easy to remove with a steady hand, and patient leaves smooth and happy. Mini cyst pops. Eyelid pops. Eyelid extractions. Pearly pops. Milia. MrPopZit.
