This patient has been in before. This is her 2nd acne flare on the chest and infra-mammary area. I do many extractions for her. Thanks to her for sharing her journey! You can see some areas do well with cotton tipped applicators (Q-tips), and other areas require a finger squeeze. There is no one size fits all for pore clearance. Adjusting according to body landmarks, bony background, or soft tissue like breast’s or stomach is crucial to make sure the pore is cleared.
