I understand the average Vietnamese person cannot afford the dermatologist, so I get going to an acne spa even for a cyst of the caliber, but the exit wound should have been much larger and made with a clean blade. Patient was probably in 10x more pain from having that pore widened repeatedly while tech tried to get a camera worthy swirl of stuff coming out than they would have been from a small cut being made and the sac cut out after.
Ok this one just irritated me
