I think the camera was too close to the person's face, making it rather unpleasant to watch. That being said, this was a messy presentation of inflammatory acne--that poor patient, but good for the clinician to take it on anyway. Clearing the pores has to be done regardless of the skin's condition.
Too much yuck on the gloves.
