Throughout the video you will see that I stop draining a blackhead to move to another without having emptied all the contents of the previous one. It is made on purpose for a good reason. The first pressures produce a vasodilation that pushes the plug, facilitating its subsequent expulsion without causing more damage and pain than strictly necessary.
Something like the "slipstream" effect in F1 racing.

This method doesn’t provide any real benefit because I saw no true complete extraction at all. Why put the client through all of this and not complete the job? Also, a true professional would not wipe content of pores all over the clients face! Very disappointing to watch.
