I think that this is Fr George. He's,s about the only Doctor who digs out a cyst like this. I have never seen anyone else do it ime this. I believe that he's about the only Doctor on line that does this .

This is one of my all time favorites. The way the Dr. (I think it’s Dr. George) squeezes pinch after pinch of that black gunk out of that tiny incision is amazing. It is so satisfying to see the Dr. pinch, then let up, move his thumb and pointer finger to the base of the cyst and squeeze again. The second half of the pop begging at 2:02 is the best. Goes back for more gunk, grabs the base, and squeezes four huge spirts of the chunky black gunk out. Extremely satisfying. 9.5/10.
