Atheroma in the abdomen
This isn't an atheroma, according to Wikipedia, just one honking cyst. Removal looks excellent. That sac could be used for groceries, it's so thick.

Interesting choice on the punch tool but looking at the size of the cyst it will take less sutures in the end.
Should have opened it up more to make it easier to get the sac out and to double check that you got it all
