「マイクロ排膿®」は当院独自のニキビ治療法で、確実にコメドを摘出、赤ニキビを排膿します。白ニキビや黒ニキビは２～５日後にはきれいになり、赤ニキビは1～2週間ほどで炎症が収まります。（赤ニキビは赤みが引くのに時間がかかることがあり、個人差があります。）

マイクロ排膿のテクニックはイギリスの学術誌「Journal of Dermatological Treatment」に9年間4566人のデータと共に原著論文として2019年3月1日よりオンライン公開されています。

画面では大きく見えますが、皮膚のカットは約1㎜で脂腺上部の真皮の浅い部分までなので、この施術による傷あとは残りません。（皮膚には幹細胞が多く存在し再生するので、医学的に傷あとが残るのはΦ４㎜以上の真皮の深い部分までの傷とされています。ニキビあとの凹みはアクネ菌によって周囲のコラーゲン等が深いところまで破壊されて陥没性の変形が起こります。）

この患者様は皮膚が弱いかたで通常より出血が多いですが、施術が終わる頃には出血は治まっています。

This patient has sensitive skin and bleeds easily, but the bleeding stopped immediately after the treatment. It looks like there is a lot of bleeding because it is enlarged and edited.
Dr.Tsukayama does not pierce the skin with a tweezer, but checks the pores with a binocular loupe, cuts the upper part of the hair follicle by about 1 mm, inserts the tweezer to expand the hair follicle, and extracts the comedo.
